Since CJ’s time at the helm, Jerome J. Lombardo (CJ’s son) has taken leadership of the company. Under his expertise, CJ Lombardo Company has grown its reach and its pool of talented real estate executives. Jerome’s vast real estate knowledge has led him to assume many positions that give back to the community, including the Main Street Downtown Alliance in Hackensack. For the last 15 years he has served as chairman and spearheaded the current revitalization of the Main Street district. Jerome also maintains positions on a number of county and bank board of directors and has participated in local board adjustments. He is also a member of the New Jersey Apartment Association board of directors.
This commitment to the community and expertise in real estate has inspired a third generation of Lombardo’s to join Jerome’s ranks – sons Andrew Lombardo and Jay Lombardo. Each has brought his own vision to market and are excited at what the future holds.
